I have supervised 6 junior researchers during my PhD and 20+ master students after my PhD.

2018-2022, Groningen Organisation for PhD Education and Recreation (GOPHER) & Graduate School of the Faculty of Medical Sciences (GSMS) PhD Council

As chief of education in GOPHER, I designed and implemented all the educational activities which would complement the available PhD curricula for all 4000+ PhDs enrolled in the University of Groningen.

Highlights include organising a weekend retreat with the Career Perspectives Group, organising a series of workshops on thesis design and publishing, and organising a course on critical thinking skills.

As chair of the GSMS PhD Council I oversaw al educational activities, for instance setting up a statistics club for PhDs.

2013-2020, University of Medicine and Pharmacy Iasi

As chief medical intern, I collated and presented recent guidelines and advances in medicine as a series of courses for my peers.

I collaborated with several departments (internal medicine, lung, senior health) to supervise clinical rotations and design examinations for medical students in English, Romanian and French.

2008 -2012, University of Medicine and Pharmacy Iasi

As an undergraduate myself, I taught Physiology practicals to English speaking groups of up to 26 students and delivered courses to classes of 100+ students.
